Zip Manager Queue size says 4 GB, seems capped at 2 GB

EZ — Mar 24, 2019 09:42AM MST

When adding files to a Zip Manager numbered queue, the bolded note beneath the queue list says, "ALL numbered queues have a 5000 file, ~4 Gigabyte limit." However, whenever I try to add a file over about 2 GB to one of those queues, I see a message that "1 files were unable to be queued and were added to your unqueued list."

So, how do I move a file whose size is between 2 and 4 GB to a numbered queue?

By default the Zip Manager queues are set to 2GB and you can change this from your Zip Manager preferences and the ’Zipmanager Spill Over size limit" setting.

You can enter bytes (4294967296 = 4GB) or you can simply type 4GB in the field and then click “Save Changes” to apply the setting.
