Steps to Resolve Installation Issues

1. Reboot Your Device First

Always restart your computer or mobile device before a new installation attempt.

2. Use the Correct Installer

Check that you downloaded the installer for your specific operating system. Links are available in your Easynews account dashboard.

3. Grant Permission to Install

Some systems block new apps by default. Approve Easynews VPN manually through system settings or security popups.

4. Check for Conflicting Apps

Other VPNs or firewalls may interfere. Disable or uninstall them temporarily during setup.

5. Clean Out Old Versions

Uninstall any past VPN versions. Then remove leftover directories from Program Files or Applications.

6. Reinstall Using Admin Rights

For Windows, right-click and select Run as Administrator. On macOS, allow installation under Security settings if prompted.
