Monthly Usage Not Appearing Correctly

 

If your monthly data total on Easynews doesn’t look right, there are a few quick steps you can take to check the details.

Each Easynews plan includes a set amount of monthly data:

  • Classic Plan: 20 GB

  • Plus Plan: 40 GB

  • Big Gig Plan: 150 GB

To see how much you've used this month, go to the Usage tab in your account dashboard (you will have to log in). This page will show a full breakdown of your usage for the current billing period.

 

 

If the data total shown on this page does not reflect what you expect based on your plan, please reach out to the Easynews Support Team for help. We're happy to take a look and clarify anything that seems off.
