Multiple Charges from Easynews

If you see more than one charge from Easynews on your bank or credit card statement, there are a few possible explanations. Below are the most common reasons this might occur.

1. Pre-Authorization Holds

Some banks place a temporary authorization hold when a payment is processed. This hold may appear as a pending charge but will typically disappear after a few business days without impacting your account balance.

2. Overlapping Billing Cycles

If you have recently upgraded or changed your Easynews plan, overlapping charges may occur. This can happen when the new billing date overlaps slightly with the previous plan. In these cases, any duplicate charges are adjusted automatically, or you can contact support for clarification.

3. Multiple Accounts

Double-check to see if you have more than one Easynews account. It’s not uncommon for users to create separate accounts and forget that each is billed individually. If you believe this is the case, Easynews Support can help identify and consolidate accounts if needed.

4. Currency Conversion or Bank Fees

International transactions may sometimes be split into separate charges due to currency conversion or international processing fees from your financial institution. These are not issued by Easynews.

5. Fraudulent Charges
