Easynews Account Not Yet Reset on Rebill Date

If your Easynews usage has not reset on your rebill date, there may be a short delay in the system reflecting your updated access. In most cases, the account automatically resets within a few hours. If your usage has not refreshed after 12 hours from your billing renewal time, follow the steps below.

Step-by-Step: What to Do If Your Usage Hasn’t Reset

  1. Check the Time of Your Rebill
Your account rebill time is based on Pacific Time (PT). Please verify your local time against PT to confirm whether your rebill time has already passed.

  2. Wait at Least 12 Hours
Although most accounts reset shortly after rebill, it may take up to 12 hours. If it has been less than 12 hours since your scheduled rebill time, please wait before taking additional steps.

  3. Verify Your Usage Status
Log in to your Easynews account and navigate to the usage statistics section. Confirm whether your usage reflects the reset. If it hasn’t, move on to the next step.

  4. Clear Your Browser Cache
Sometimes, your Web browser may show cached data. Clear your cache and refresh the page to view the most up-to-date information.

  5. Contact Easynews Support
If your usage has still not reset after completing the steps above, please contact Easynews support. Include the following information:

    • Username

    • Time of expected rebill (including time zone)

    • Screenshot of your usage stats, if available

A support agent will review your account and assist with correcting the issue.
