Resolving Empty Zip Manager Queue Issues

If you've added items to the Zip Manager queue but it's still empty, a cache issue with your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or computer might be the cause. First, check the top of the Zip Manager page for any messages explaining why the items weren't added. If no messages are present, clear your browser's temporary Internet files (cache) and delete cookies. Additionally, consider changing your preferred port to bypass any proxy or cache servers your ISP might be using, as they could contribute to this problem. After completing these steps, click the "refresh" link on the Zip Manager page and attempt to add the items again. They should now appear in the default zip queue.
