Zip Manager Queue Empty but Stating It Is Locked

I am trying to add to an empty zip queue, but the Zip Manager is telling me that the queue is locked.


This problem is a result of a cached page. Clear your temporary internet files (or "cache" as most browsers call it) and delete your cookies. Click the "refresh" link on the Zip Manager page, then try to add to the zip queue again.
